About the archive

Cages publishes one new calcudoku every day, and it follows a weekly rhythm: a 5×5 on Monday, 6×6 grids on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 7×7 on Thursday and Saturday, and an 8×8 on Sunday. Each puzzle is added here two days after its date, with every step of the solution explained — the same explanations the in-game hints give.
